You'd better choose Rockhoster.com - They support latest version of php and all the php extensions I need.
I can create MySQL databases myself through the control panel without authorization. I can add additional TLD's at no extra cost.

Since moving to digitalserver.com.mx Mexico web hosting, I have added almost 8 sites that are easily managed through my console access.
Their interface for website and email maintenance is superb! It's so easy to manage all of our sites through them! They have been GREAT!
