I am very satisfied with Hostplax.com web hosting service and will recommend it to anyone.  I have an issue in one small area Technical Support almost impossible to get them on the phone and the live chat service is really a hit or miss you never really know when they will be available.

I can say that I'm glad to deal with Rockhoster.com and their OpenVZ VPS hosting services. Their control panels are easy to use and intuitive!

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!
. In the 8 months I've used Cloudarion.com VPS hosting, I can only remember 1 significant session of downtime, and that was partially my own fault because I didn't update to a new server when they asked me to. They solved all the troubles. I am happy with them.

Uptime guarantee is trust - 99.9% (my web site has never been down before).
After contacting them I got a quick reply that was not automated, but an actual person answering.  HostingSource.com is a great deal for my personal web experience in their shared hosting package.

After searching for advice on web hosting providers, decided to go with Rockhoster.com web hosting in France (OpenVZ VPS account).
They advertise quality support, and they deliver. Their control panel has a complete set of web-management features.

I have been happily hosted with Kvchosting.net now, support is great, the servers are excellent and the price is... well.. it speaks for itself!
The reliability of their hosting has always been excellent and I have been very impressed with the value adds that the hosting packages come with.
