Check out accounts from planethoster.com and hostingsource.com as they are well-balanced, low cost and uptime is high.
I love them. I love them for their price. I love them for the uptime.
I love them for the support. I love them for everything. One of the biggest things I've noticed is the perfect uptime on my server.

The best VPS accounts for me are: libertyvps.net and hostingsource.com.
Not much story:
- Came to them due to low cost.
- Am staying with them because of low cost and good support.
- Importantly I find people there with 24/7 are caring.
- Am happy with their work.

Have a look at servers from decent hosting companies: hostingsource.com and swisslayer.com.
Excellent customer service, they make me very happy, always at service, prompt response, 100 percentage cooperative and stable  servers and knowledgeable team.

I have been very impressed. Customer service is great and very responsive. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Guess VPS plans from allwebhost.com and rockhoster.com are the best options to sign up with.
The best hosting providers I have EVER worked with. The websites work great but what is the best is the customer service. These guys helped me so many times with technical issues that any other provider would just give me a link with a tutorial or charge me extra. The scope of their basic chat assistance is far beyond the standard hosting service. Highly recommendable!

The mentioned companies - hostingsource.com and hostsailor.com - are worth trying due to their top-notch services with hiogh uptime and their prices are quite affordable for the web masters with a tight budget.
