As far as I know there is no effect at all. Keywords in domain name are not that important anymore after the latest algorithm changes by Google. However it's still good to have a keyword rich domain name. Title and descriptions should have your main keywords, but you shouldn't stuff keywords and repeat keywords unnecessarily.

Putting the domain name into the title is really just for brand recognition. It doesn't do much for SEO purposes, and I actually leave the domain out of most of my titles. If anything, I'll put the domain name in there, with spaces if needed and without the extension
