Jo Lindner, better known as the bodybuilding influencer “Joesthetics,” has died. He was 30.

The German fitness guru had built an impressive Instagram following of 8.4 million by posting often about his gym workouts and training regimen.

His girlfriend, Nicha, known as @immapeaches online, shared a bittersweet tribute to the late bodybuilder Saturday on Instagram, reporting an aneurysm caused his death.

She claimed he had complained of neck pain just days earlier.

She called Lindner sweet, kind, loyal, strong and a “believer in everyone.”

His girlfriend, Nicha, confirmed his passing on social media.

“Rest in peace Jo. I love you man,” fellow fitness fanatic Noel Deyzel wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of the pair together.

“I still keep checking my phone waiting for your reply so we can meet at the gym,” he wrote in a longer message. “I’m broken bro. You opened your arms up to us, you showed us so much about life and social media.”

He added, in part: “Your generosity towards myself and others will always stay with me.”

The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you.The aesthetics guys tend to push things a bit both with their doping programs as well as their lifestyles. See ZYZZ for another example. Walking around that dried out at those body masses takes some serious doing.

I’ve watched a few buddies run cycles without checking their bloodwork, and it’s a roll of the dice. I’ve used products from balkanpharma in the past, but only after getting labs done and keeping an eye on heart and liver numbers. Even then, I kept doses low and took long breaks. The gym gains feel great, but the health side sneaks up fast if you’re not paying attention.
