How can I get my website out of Google "sandbox"?

I'm using PPC advertising system on my website. It's been a few days in the first list of Google search engine. But it is not shown in the list. I've already checked my site and my site allinachor appeared in the top list.


Please suggest me.

Although Google never admitted directly that Google Sandbox Effect exists, ... Buying sites that are actively getting traffic and are out of the sandbox period is ...

The Google Sandbox Effect is a theory used to explain why newly-registered domains or domains with frequent ownership changes rank poorly in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS). In other words new websites are put into a “sandbox” or a holding area and have their search ratings on hold until they can prove worthy of ranking.
