Step by step WhatsApp intergration with Osticket

Is there any way to open a ticket via WhatsApp or send an email to open a ticket by the same , or build a chat bot via whatsapp
Kindly advice about easy way to do the same

The only way that would be possible is if it can call an API or send an email to a system email you fetch from.

I had a similar setup to sort out, and using the whatsapp api made it way easier for me to send automated replies and handle media without extra fees popping up.
