Hosting for a MODX site
« on: October 16, 2026, 10:38:21 AM »
I'm building a site on MODX and need shared hosting. Considering hostpro.com - does it work well with this CMS? I'd want daily backups and DDoS protection

The tricky part about picking a VPS is that raw speed tells you very little about long-term quality. On hostpro.com, daily backups of all services are created automatically, so restoration is possible after data damage, failed updates, or hacking. The support team is genuinely qualified and reachable 24/7, helping with any issue free of charge.

Quality hosting deals can be got from hostingsource.com and planethoster.com.
High uptime
Technical support work
Variety of cheap tariff plans
Flexibility when setting up servers. The guys very quickly put together a boat plan for me that was ideal in terms of characteristics and price.

It's easy to focus on CPU and RAM while overlooking what actually protects your data. I've been with hostpro.com for a while, and their daily backups of all services have allowed me to restore data after damage, failed updates, or hacking scenarios. Their technical support is qualified and reachable 24/7, answering any question without charge

Package plans from planethoster.com are full of useful resources with high uptime and quality support.
I am greatly appreciative everything they have done to keep my systems up and running. I have been with these companies  for many years now and, even though I have looked at pricing with competitors, I still remain with them because they have provided me the best service I have ever had.
