Nice decision of choosing cloud hosting.I did need this service for the same purpose as you need although i don't have 200 sites to host. But you can checkout hostforweb it is pretty good. Hope it will help.

Just look around the internet, they are few companies out there offering good and secure hosting.
i used to be with papahost.co.uk and they are quite good, just didn't like their support because it was quite slow. we are now with keenweb.co.uk so far so good.

But always read reviews online with trust pilot and etc
