I have very good success with QHoster.com hosting. Their customer service is outstanding..
The control panels always work, everything's up. Good communication and support. I've had a couple of sites hosted here - and the pricing is very very competitive.

You can trust hostingsource.com team. It is quite reliable. Tech support can be slow and sometimes it takes a few iterations to solve an issue.

I am very pleased with Thaihosting.asia hosting service. The package is complete, support questions are answered within a reasonable time.
They have wonderful features coupled with very cheap hosting packages and nice management system and webmail access are amazingly rich and intuitive interfaces.

Try narrowing your list of options by looking at the cheapest web host package that can meet your needs at the same time.

I also like centohost.com web hosting service. They offer really nice VPS hosting accounts at good rates.
This host seems to be geared towards the professional staff - they are still friendly and helpful to a novice such as myself.

No hidden fees or surprises, very reliable service.

Can say that QHoster.com is most often very responsive and accommodating. I have received prompt service and advice; they regularly send out notices about possible service issues and equipment upgrades; they do a good job of keeping their terrific suite of add-on scripts up to date and maintained.

I am very satisfied with Kvchosting dedicated hosting service and I don't see myself changing webhosts in the future.

As for Bullten dedicated linux servers, I must say they are stable and fast - this what I like.
The pricing for their dedicated IP hosting packages is not very high because they offer much resources, useful features and lots of unique scripts + free bonuses.

I've been with cloudarion.com for about 4,5 months now.

Can't say i've ever had any problems. Their uptime is great, the unlimited bandwidth works well for me – i'm using them as a host for my mixes and artworks (more for other places to reference, rather than as a user facing host), very little php so not worried about CPU seconds.
