Hostingsource.com is the most reliable site I have been with. The speed connectivity is great as I live in Europe!
Pricing was good and the account was setup promptly with everything I needed. Any questions I had were answered within a couple of hours.

Been with Dailyrazor.com shared hosting for 7 months now and they continue to be a great web host.
Issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. So far I have been very pleased. I have not noticed any downtime or slow browsing speed.

What is your monthly budget?  How long has the web host been in business? Have they changed management/ ownership in that time or, more importantly, recently?
