General Cloud Hosting Discussion / I need a technical person to help my for my online store

I have several task and I want someone to help me.
I am looking for a hosting provider to transfer my ecommerce site to another hosting. This is my one task that I need to do first then the other task is to change my store theme as I have gone through a list of best free WordPress themes and I think that works for me even I have selected one of the theme that I need to go live for my online store as I am not a technical person so I need a big help of an expert in this. Anyone here help me regarding this issue? After that the third task is to go for outdoor advertising as I need to market my brand completely on Billboard and banners etc.
