Have a look at plans from legionbox.com and planethoster.com can be right for you.
For the price these hosts actually pack a tonne of features and I've been pleasantly surprised by their reliability and support.

Servers from qhoster.com and kvchosting.net are worth trying due tot heir top-notch services.
They have excellent technical support system. Very quick answers to questions as well. Provided free tools are fun to create basic good-looking pages. I would recommend them, especially to non-technical customers
