Need a cheap and reliable shared plan ...

Cheap shared plans from hostsailor.com (60% off + free .com) and hosting.uk are nice for me and I have to stick to only one to host a blog, so what should I do?

What’s your hosting budget?

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!
Check these web hosts out: QHoster.com , Arvixe.com and Canspace.ca
The thing that really has impressed me is the willingness of the support staff to take the time to explain things to a newbie who asks very basic questions.

I find hostforweb.com to be knowledgeable with regard to web development.
