Коли я купив мультиварку, то перші тижні готував у ній усе підряд. Здавалося, що цей прилад дійсно може замінити все. Але з часом почав помічати дивні речі: деякі страви виходили зовсім не такими, як на плиті.
 
Найбільше розчарувала риба. Я захотів приготувати ніжне філе в режимі "Тушкування", а через годину вийняв із чаші суху й несмачну гуму. З'ясувалося, що будь-яка риба в мультиварці розварюється швидше, ніж встигаєш зреагувати. Її м'яка текстура не витримує тривалого томління.

У ній детально розповідалося, які продукти псуються в цьому приладі. Як з'ясувалося, риба — лише верхівка айсберга.
