I got my answers though Cloudarion.com FAQ section for few things, and got the rest from the support, which they are very helpful on resolving two sticking issues I have.
 - speed connectivity is very fast (frankly speaking I was impressed),
 - customer support always respond (customer service is the best I have ever had anywhere for any product)
