asvhost.com is good and have multiply locations. Which location are you interested in? As an alternative I would recommend you having a look at rockhoster.com.

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!
. In the 8 months I've used Cloudarion.com VPS hosting, I can only remember 1 significant session of downtime, and that was partially my own fault because I didn't update to a new server when they asked me to. They solved all the troubles. I am happy with them.

Accounts from libertyvps.net and asvhost.com are as good as they are spoken about.
Very simple and straight forward, I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a simple way to host any service, site, app and whatever.

I've been with asvhost.com for a year now after a friend of mine recommended them when I was complaining about my webhost.
While they are a bit pricier than the host I was coming from, they have more than earned the extra couple of dollars a month.
