Windows Cloud Hosting Recommendations?

I would like to find the most reliable place for ASP Mail, ASP Upload, Windows media service.
Have seen that M6.net offered windows cloud hosting solutions.
Do you think that they can be a good option for me?

What alternative can you recommend me for comparison?

 Seems to me Aspnix.com is the host you've been looking for. I have yet to experience any downtime, server loads extremely quickly and the support has been amazing.
