Get out of your comfort zone. Living too comfortably quickly becomes boring and monotonous. To feel happy, you need to constantly change your familiar surroundings. There is a simple method - it is to limit yourself in your favorite habits. For example, give up a tasty meal, make a day off, and then a familiar dish, a little tired before, you will seem even tastier. Find a new hobby, do not be afraid to experiment, to try something you were afraid of before. It's never too late to learn something new and test yourself.

In order to feel happy, sometimes it's enough to imagine your greatest fears in reality. And then the usual, ordinary things and problems will take on new colors.
