Best Forum Software With Low Server Requirements?

Hi, I don’t have a big budget for hosting right now.
Is there any forum software that works well with low RAM and limited disk space?
I’m just starting out and expect slow growth at first. Can I rely on Neironvps.com hosting solutions? What specs should I look for?

Don't sacrifice security and quality. It is not ideal to jump into affordable web hosts in which in the long run can lead to many problems such as web site accessibility and, worst, shutting down of web site.
