Need managed cloud hosting

I have already found Stratus4.com and not sure if I can trust them.
Their servers are located in US. Is it reliable hosting provider? Do you know anything about them?
Any hosts for comparison?

I find ViUX.com to be a reliable host with priceless customer service. Their tech support is available 24/7 and I usually get a reply within 7-20 minutes of opening a ticket.

Glad to find Stratus4.com web host. Support is fast, efficient, friendly and understandable even for technical twits like I am! Not once have I felt talked down to because I asked a daft question and I have asked some daft ones for sure. It is perfect place for getting managed cloud hosting deals.
