Check out accounts from theelector.com and hostingsource.com as they are proven to be the best.
It's impressive how they manage to stay consistent with price, having no hidden random fees, and all of their features and speed/bandwidth is always up to par.

Apart from storing your site, what services will you need from your hosting provider?

Take a look at Hostnamaste.com Unmanaged VPS deals - They got my account and domain setup in less than 10 minutes. This is great, I love this web host.
