I am lucky having found Swisslayer.com web host - these guys are professionals. Pricing is cheap. They will pass on the savings.
Reliability is 100% I honestly cannot remember the last downtime our site has had that wasn't because of something I did.

Several friends have moved their business sites to swisslayer.com and I plan to move my primary corporate web site to them soon as well.
They’re very polite and patient when I made a bunch of mistakes (on my part, of course) with signing up and whatnot.
