A good host will get back to you with in 1 hour. If they respond quickly, is the reply friendly, does it answer all your questions and is personal?
If so you can move onto the next step. Go for a medium sizes web host and I guarantee they will provide more personal help and be more willing to assist you in your needs.

Very happy so far and my sites are loading much quicker and I am now in control of my server, no limitations and fully managed so if there is anything I would like to experiment with I know I have the help at hand. Neironvps.com is the NVMe VPS host you can rely on in any situation. It provides tools to help identify the cause and to arrive at a solution.
