Solid AMD EPYC Dedicated Hosts for Virtualization Projects?

I'm planning to run multiple VMs and containers, so I need EPYC 7002/7003 with large core count.
128–256 GB RAM minimum. Must provide hardware virtualization support, nested virtualization, and IPMI.
Prefer providers with clean IP space. Can I rely on GTHost.com AMD server hosting solutions? Other web hosts you can recommend?
